Before you apply
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. There is no fee for the 90-day pilot, no set-up or onboarding charge, and no payment details are needed to start. If it is not the right fit, you owe nothing.
What happens at the end of the 90 days?
We look at the results together. If you love it, we agree a plan that fits your parish. If not, you stop and keep a full export of your data. Nothing continues automatically.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. Keep your original registers and your routines. Parish OS holds a digital copy beside them, and we begin with the few things that matter most to you.
Who does the set-up and data entry?
We do the set-up and help bring in your records. Your team reviews and checks them with us, so they are accurate and truly yours.
Can a diocese run a pilot across several parishes?
Yes. A diocese pilot usually begins with two or three parishes, including a smaller or rural one, with a review for the chancery at the end. Tell us in the form and we will shape it around your diocese.
Can every parish join the pilot?
Yes. Every parish that applies is welcome, with full access and a complete set-up. We will agree a start date that lets us give your parish our full attention.
